FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

May I place an order over the phone?
We are asking our clients to please only order through our secure online order form (located at www.rejuvenationsmedicalspa.com on the day of the event) or visit us the day of the event to place your order.  Phone orders are not preferred due to limited phone lines and manpower on the day of the event.  We are hoping to eliminate wait time, phone tag, duplicate orders and ordering inaccuracies in order to better serve you and provide an excellent client experience.  We will not be able to return phone calls on the day of our event.  We are closed to appointments and business on Friday, May 10th so we will only be able to return calls and process orders on Friday May 10th.  We appreciate your patience!

I cant stop by that day, but I want to order!
No problem!  We will have a secure online form on our website homepage for you to enter your order and your payment information and VOILA! you've completed your order!   If we have a question about your order, we will contact you on Friday before we process your payment. This convenient purchasing option will be available on our website from the time the pricing is emailed out on the evening of May 8th until 7pm on May 9th.  We will be closed for business Friday, May 10th so that we may process our orders and return any calls. 

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt the credit card information you send when you place your order. The information is encrypted on your computer, sent through the Internet as scrambled code, and decoded on a secure server. We do not store your credit card information. It cannot be read in transit. SSL is the recognized industry standard worldwide for such sensitive transactions, making it safe for you to shop with a credit card on the Internet. Even banks transfer money and complete credit card transactions using this secure method.

What type of payment do you accept?
NO PERSONAL CHECKS.   We do accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Carecredit.    Please note you may not use discounted gift certificates for these specials, as that is considered a "Double-discount" or "Double Dipping".   You can however, use the amount you spent for the gift certificates - just not the "free" money portion.  The "free" money portion would be forfeited.  No sharing of specials between accounts. 

Where do I go when I get to the building?
If you do not know what you need, please go to the conference room on the first floor (located on right side of lobby).  All of our laser technicians, bodysculpting staff and medical staff will have tables set up in the conference room and will be there to answer questions and help you with your orders.   If you know exactly what you want to order or only want to purchase products, come straight on up to the spa on the second floor and our front desk staff will process your payment.   Various skincare vendors will be stationed in the lobby of the building throughout the day to answer questions as well.  The front desk staff is available to process payments on the second floor for clients that already know what they would like to order or if clients know what skincare products they would like to purchase.

Im not sure what I need?
No problem, our laser technicians, bodysculpting staff and medical professionals will be in our conference room all day and the tables will have signs telling you which table to go to!  They are happy to help you complete your order and take your payment information.  (Our tables are normally labeled as such: Anti-aging, Injectables, Tattoo Removal, Coolsculpting, EMSCULPT, etc...)

Do I need to register for a doorprize?
NO, we will not have doorprizes, instead you will have a chance to open a "dice" and see if you won a treatment, a product or a dollar amount off of your purchase.  You can stop by anytime and head directly to the conference room to pick your dice.    The dice will be available from 9AM-6:30PM.  These will be located in the conference room on the first floor of the building   No purchase necessary.  No exchanges- no exceptions, must be present to win (no opening for others).   If you do not want the prize you win, you may forfeit the prize or donate to our wonderful military.  One dice per client.

Are you doing a drawing for doorprizes?
NO.  We will have dice for our clients to open and take a chance to win a fabulous treatment or dollar amount off their purchase.  One dice per client.  No exchanges- no exceptions, must be present to win (no opening for others).

Where are the prices?
This is a one day only event so we release (by email) the pricing after close of business May 8th, Wednesday night.  We will also post our prices on our website Wednesday night and they will be up through Thursday May 9th until 7pm.  Make sure you are on our email list!    You can join our email list by going to the bottom of our homepage of our website and entering your email address.  Please note Permanent Makeup orders must be placed in person with Alyce or text/call at 803-767-2349 and she collects her own payments.  Her pricing will be posted on her page on our website at https://www.rejuvenationsmedicalspa.com/about/view/alyce .

 Will there be a "talk" or "informational session"?
YES!  Amy Powers, Managing Owner, will be giving two brief presentations of our new treatments at 12:30 (ish) and 5:30 (ish).  This year we will be announcing a winner of a years worth of FREE Botox and a years worth of FREE Dysport at the conclusion of our presentations - this Giveaway is on our Instagram page - go follow us on Instagram @rejuvenationsmedspa and find the Giveaway post and read the rules and details, good luck!    https://www.instagram.com/rejuvenationsmedspa/
